So only way to not get "Like Dwarfs" accidently is try to rush for Hate Dwarfs else you may get Likes Dwarfs and you will be stuck with it for rest of the game. Like Dwarf is the Anti-Trait of "Hates Dwarfs" which is also "No Going Back Level 1" (there is only 1 level of them both no worries it can't upgrade) Likes Dwarfs happens be set as "No Going Back Level 1" which means once you get it you can't get rid of it no matter what you do. Now if you defeat Bloody Spears inside the Dwarven the Territory it will count as "Helping" them thus giving you the Trait "Likes Dwarfs" because you helped them defeat their enemy in their territory. If Dwarf Faction is in war with Greenskin faction called Bloody Spears, you as Greenskins is also at war with Bloody Spears.
